questions you need to know the answer to:- what is the amount you want to be earning passively from your investments - what is the desired net yield you want from investments- what areas are you buying in & why (what does the data show on area stats & demographics)- what is your strategy (BRRRR, flip, wholesale etc)- who are the people who will help you get the deals on and close them- what are the risks in your strategy and marketplace and how have you minimised/factored them in?

Zillow and their subsidiaries are trash...mashvisor too...none of these big data firms can explain how they actually arrive at their figures...at least Core Logic has been in the game since the beginning of time and RPR is the direct path to the real estate market as it exists for listed properties, anyway...

Building owners, having tenants in the building, shall post a notice in a common area of the building informing tenants that the owner of the building is required by law to supply and install carbon monoxide alarms in accordance with Section 908 of the Philadelphia Fire Code, and shall provide at least one tenant per dwelling unit or rooming unit with a copy of the manufacturer’s instructions for the alarm to ensure that tenants understand the purpose of carbon monoxide alarms, how they operate and appropriate action to take when an alarm sounds.
