I am a member of and have joined several professional networking clubs during my lifetime and really saw this opportunity as no different than what other organizational clubs offer in terms of membership and non affiliate opportunities to enhance your craft.

Sometimes peace of mind is what's important.

The only benefit I can see is that it may reduce vacancy rate (which is very low) and I will have peace of mind knowing that the yard is being maintained.

I'm hoping that someone can give me some peace of mind.

Nicholas-Yes, notable work, nice to see a dedicated staffing to define and place a strategic plan to eliminate blight in neighborhoods, while in parallel attempting to enhance them through this service.  

They may ask for 20% down, but that not too much of a difference for the peace of mind of not having to refinance.
