Is there anyway that I can communicate with the debtors  personally or do you think everything will have to be channeled through the owners.

Our average numbers per month (for that month) have gone up a good bit....partially due to growth and partially due to the system being more efficient (not perfect) for us.

- I'm confused at what entity to communicate with new owners, brokers, etc with if each property I own has it's own LLC, which is why I thought of the umbrella.What do you guys think/do with this?

Test to make sure communication flows ... try their phone number and ask to talk to the broker or a licensed person. or send them an email and test their response time. 

The last thing I want as a landlord is to be sued for discrimination and walk into court and tell a jury "Y'all see, what we have he-ah is a failure to communicate...
