Definitely one to dive into.

I come over and look in the crawlspace and a pipe had broken, shooting water across the crawlspace, and the sump pump failed, leaving calf deep ice cold water....The tenant is like, "well you can rent it with an indoor swimming pool".....

I'm really excited to learn for a little bit before diving in but I am prone to analysis paralysis so I don't want to wait TOO long!

i'm eager to get deep into wholesaling and because of my property preservation business, I'm seeing some great opportunities but I am stuck at that point.
