Hey All,Just wanted to get some thoughts on what my architect is charging for the design and management of a major remodel.  

With a tub, you get the best of both since a shower head is already part of the typical tub design.

They fail to understand they're designing it for resale not to live in themselves.

Please state your experience, especially professional designations, Broker, Agent, CPA, RMLO, Attorney, Engineer, etc.There are more newbies without any experience on BP than anyone else, when they ask a question, those that advise assume they a new and begin with some RE basics to explain, I do, and to later find it's an RE Broker asking, all that may have been said was for not.

It is a document that is created during the design process to define and address any foreseeable issues.

Hello Kyle, I'd recommend for further education and designations  you should join your local chapter of the National Association of Residential Properly Managers (NARPM).Check out their website at www.NARPM.orgThey have designations like residential management professional RPM and Master property manager MPM.

I find the properties( I have my realtors license), design the layout, open walls, etc.
