@Karen Rittenhouse I think there needs to be a new definition of wholesaling for newer folks .your description is perfect..My query to the state was can you market a property you have under contract but do not own and do that as a business then take an assignment fee or be paid as a consultant on the hud.. the answer was what I posted above. these days folks just need to figure out how to get on title before they market simple as that.. or get licensed and legally represent the seller.If the definition of wholesaling is now buying CLOSING and then reselling then yes totally legal of course.
