The original plat (recorded in 1960) and legal description shows the property is actually two lots, but the physical house is built on one lot, and the other lot is just the Yard.

Thank you for your concise descriptions of each company, I've heard enough of Morris to stay away and I'm not familiar with Roofstock, but I feel I need counseling for my first foray into real estate investing, so I mostly likely will not be looking further into this company until I'm more experienced.

For instance, I can search properties with the phrase "mother in law suite" and it will show all properties with that phrase in it's description.

The ultimate end result of the information will be presented on your return.Your financial institution should allow you to export the information into excel.create a column to the right of the amount with a description "rental income", insurance expense", "repairs"Once everything is properly categorized. use the "sumif" function in a separate tab that adds up all your banking information.

@Karen Rittenhouse I think there needs to be a new definition of wholesaling for newer folks .your description is perfect..My query to the state was can you market a property you have under contract but do not own and do that as a business then take an assignment fee or be paid as a consultant on the hud.. the answer was what I posted above. these days folks just need to figure out how to get on title before they market simple as that.. or get licensed and legally represent the seller.If the definition of wholesaling is now buying CLOSING and then reselling then yes totally legal of course.

Looking at the description of the water heater you currently have it looks like a commercial unit.
