I am looking to purchase a mobile home FSBO.

I also LOVE Christi’s comment about mobile home mortgages.

I've considered accountability partners for quite some time and would finally like to dedicate time to a group of like-minded individuals attempting to achieve similar goals.

I live in Florida where Park Model Communities are everywhere catering to Snowbirds.  I am looking for a Financing Partner that can offer loans to the Owners for Homes, the transport, set up, and other park needs. Man...

My partner is an agent and was looking at other recent smaller plots in the area with nice mobile homes on them selling for $180K-200K each. 

I've been waiting year and half just to find a right property for a 1% where I could possible live for sometime too but as we know those don't exist in this market and if any pops up here and there are completely dedicated as rental property that I am not possibly ready to occupy as well.

If not, just move on to a more dedicated agent.
