What to look out for when dealing with them?

Sounds a lot like making a deal with the devil. 

Prior to the corona virus pandemic i had a good amount of deals coming through the funnel but over the last couple weeks it’s been difficult to find any fitting my criteria.

We are only dealing with 8 checking accounts related to my buildings.

It's no surprise to me that CO is in the top ten most expensive states due to wildfires and hail, but the steep increases are just an absolute deal killer completely out of our control.Are you going to look in a different state with the notice, or continue to buy in CO?

Jay, the deposit we are seeking is 25% of the purchase price (this down payment goes towards the buyers loan to buy the property) and ensures that the buyer will move forward with the deal as in any contract.

Thats only if you wanted to invest your money into someone’s deal.

Hey Mario, I'm based out of Tampa and do deals all over Florida.

It worked for me in the past getting started 2016-2018 but I have not seen any deals (at least in FL) I would take the risk in terms of money and time.Best of luck!
