Why would I pay you a wholesale fee for a property I can find and negotiate myself by simply looking at the MLS, which I do daily?

I am looking for a investor friendly realtor in the Indianapolis, IN area who is in the REI business as well to run comps for me on a daily basis.  

If you need the extra $150 to $200 per month to buy food, or make your car payment go with the 30 year loan. 

Interesting Note Chick-fil-A has the highest per store sales of any fast food type restaurant.
