My last house in FLorida was "uninsurable" because of old plumbing but I found an insurance provider who gave me a month because she didn't have to send pictures to the company for a month.  

That's a great part of town, and overall, that sounds like a good deal.The nice parts of downtown (Midtown/Landpark/EastSac/CurtisPark) are not anything close to cashflow, so if you want to have it all - live in the nice area, but still be investing - house hacking takes on a different mental picture.

The app crashes often, especially for me when I use the search function and also experiencing pictures not showing or being mostly off the screen as stated above. ..and only via the app, works fine via the browser.

They brought in a copy of a service dog card where one said said service dog with picture of dog and the other side had a Q&A section about service animals.
