I thought about the marketing aspect as well, especially considering Credit Suisse got to administer the first Fannie Mae structured sale, not BOA...and Warren Buffett commented the same day the FMNA sale was announced.

I'm interested in the commercial aspect as well - lots of people say you can start with commercial first and others say go with the SFH/MFH first, what would you recommend?
