I just need to make up my mind to take a few classes at the local community college.

There's some decent condo communities in middle-upper class areas that you can get in the $130-160 range..

Hey, just wanted to say hi to everyone, I just stumbled upon this great community today so I thought I would do a short post. 

I have several projects planned at the buildings and wanted to reach out to the Bigger Pockets community for help finding quality contractors in the area for the type of work I am looking to do.
