So I'm assuming, since you asked about it, you don't plan to carry a balance (in which case the interest rate won't matter much to you like it matters nothing to me).Also, it's worth mentioning that there are other cards (such as the Chase Ink Business Unlimited card) that pay slightly less cash back but still a decent amount (1.5%) on every single purchase. 

Chase, thanks for your reply, but in regard to IDA that's where there's a huge dearth of knowledge. 

It's all about the the tenant's ability to pay(with stocks quality.. not chasing yield) hope this is helpful.

When it comes to marketing, I suggest steering clear of the same leads everyone else is chasing.

Other great attorneys here in DFW is Chris Sullivan, Chase Garrett, or Edith Guzman.My guess is they are a small and nobody builder that has no money and no assets.....total guess, but rescinding the sale is probably not an option if they have no money.   

@Luke J Nelsen I’m a fan of the Chase Ink Preferred card, they have a great signup bonus right now.

I wouldn't turn it down for sure, but I'm not chasing those.
