Hi everyone,I'm working on my first ADU build and I'm wondering with 925 sq ft whether I should go for a 3b/3b, 3b/2b or 3b/2.5.

Briefly this is a 4bdr/4bath 2400 sq ft townhouse in North Hollywood, built brand new in Nov 2021. 

Did not need to replace entire floors, just needed to replace from the nearest wall to that floor with a good contractor. they will do this if they were not climatized before they were installed.. happened to us on a new build I was doing Charleston Sc Bamboo flooring and it all had to be replaced..
