After some digging into the taxes I learned that the owner of the property I bid on was listed as an LLC and through further research I was able to find the website and owner. 

BUT, I am concerned about the estimated rent that Bridge uses on their website for each property.

The problem with Thomaston is there's not a lot of industry to boost up the economy and it's not really that close to anywhere.Of course, depends on your goals, but there are certainly better options.

You should be able to find the owner of record and tax mailing address on the county auditor website.

Does anyone know if there's a website that you can put in an address and it'll calculate how much it will rent for, estimate cap exp, mortgage, taxes, vacancy, etc.Could save me quite a bit of time to have rough estimate rather than figuring the numbers every time.
