Finding status on rundown property
While driving the other day, my wife and I found three properties that look like very nice homes although the grass was waste high, no curtains/blinds, and no furniture. One of which I was able to find on auction.com (foreclosure) but the other two I can’t find anything on. The one I could find info on is asking too much for a flip or rental but I’d really like to find out more info on the other two.
So what would be the steps to take? Courthouse possibly?
Thanks..
