For some carriers, additional premium is applied to these enhancements, but that may not be the case for all carriers. 

My question is if this is first of all allowed and if it is then what kind of loan that needs to be applied for investment or commercial?

My response, “I’m very sorry to hear that, but rent is still due & late fees apply.”
