Hi, I am wondering if any of you have seen or used an application or software which allows for a remote showing a property? 

-Few things I do when renting those I/we manageAlways open houses vs individual appointments as people will not show upPostlets pushes out to multiple sites to advertisePost link to youtube of two to three minute tour of unit Post requirements (credit score, other financial requirements)Change my voicemail message to explain quick details of property...this alone saves me answering the same questions every day and did not hurt my turn out one bit.The guide to tenant screening on here as others mentioned is an awesome resource.When calling to verify resources/recommendations don't be afraid to 'misquote' something...application says they worked at a placed for one year, ask the source 'I see they have worked with you for three years' and see if you're corrected as some applicants like to give creative sources to speak to :)Good luck!

I went through the application process and was pre-approved which I figure most people are but maybe I'm wrong there.

At the time of application, I specified the intent to subordinate the lien under the new mortgage and also checked with my local bank to make sure that it wouldn't be an issue.  

Probate investors...Do you send DM to probate leads where the applicant (executor) address is the same as the deceased address? 

One way to protect the bank is to heavily scrutinize applicants when they want to bring very little cash to the table.
