The property was a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3031 sqft home.

Purchase price: $92,000 Cash invested: $24,000 4 Bedroom/2 Full Bath on 1 acre in Donna, TX.

Price is about $150,000, both 3 bed rooms and the building is ~2,900 SQF.

The major difference is that the deed to the property is not conveyed until the purchase price is paid in full; property being transferred in this arrangement must be owned free and clear by the seller; for selling properties that may be difficult to compare due to unique construction, number of bedrooms, etc; terms are at the discretion of buyer and seller.

You have alot of options you could get a single family with alot of bedrooms and rent out to students by the bedroom or a fourplex with more traditional tenants.

Hello,I have a property under contract that I want to add another bedroom and another bathroom above ground.

I think $1800 for 2 bedroom 1 bath is really optimistically high, I think it should be more like $1200 for 2 bedroom 1 bath ($600 per person) around that area.
