Cash invested: $24,000

4 Bedroom/2 Full Bath on 1 acre in Donna, TX. Zoned for residential and commercial use.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The zoning, lot size and proximity to the highway made it attractive to me. The location makes it incredibly easy to find and the lot size gives you the opportunity to add on or build additional structures.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I purchased it through a county foreclosure auction.

How did you finance this deal?

I financed the deal through a line of credit with a local bank by leveraging my stock portfolio.

How did you add value to the deal?

Replaced the roof, water heater, doors, lighting and paint
