It will take a little studying but I would advise picking a secondary market not a small town.

Hey BP,I have been thinking about starting my own real estate team but I am concerned about lead generation, marketing dollar, and getting agents to join my team. 

I typically spend up to 20% of my commissions on lead generation online and off.

I know there are a lot of different marketing strategies out there for wholesaling but can ya'll share what has been the most effective/ has led to the highest percentage of lead generation for you?

A couple of days ago he said he would retrieve it yesterday and still has not taken it.Please advise me of what I can do:  can i charge storage fee (how much/day)?

I believe that it is right to treat them nice and fair but I would advise against a personal relationship that extends beyond the business arrangement.

When I asked them what value they would bring, they always talked about "training", but never talked about how they would help with lead generation, etc.

Personally, I would advise against using another agent within the same office.
