My company does a variety of different financing proposals including accounts receivable financing, equipment lease financing, and most importantly commercial property financing.I do have a personal interest in real estate investing itself.

The problem is we aren’t getting much cash flow from the portfolio for a variety of reasons and our rentals, flips, and short term rentals are time and energy intensive.

But you’ll find a variety of every type of investor on the site, and everyone is amazingly helpful.

My advice is find someone similar in your area as they are bound to have deals that they cannot do for a variety of reasons and based on the relationship you have with them and their understanding of your goals, they will become a great source of deals for you.  

But you’ll find a variety of all strategies here on the website.

And I earnestly would like to know what tools, out of all the garden variety of choices, are the most efficient to setup and scale my real estate business for the optimal performance.

But, looking at their website they have a variety of funding options.  

Hi @Josh Salinas, I can refer you to a lender that can finance up to 90% of the purchase + rehab depending on a variety of factors.They can also do the back-end DSCR or conventional refinance if you plan on keeping it as a BRRRR.Hope this helps!

Look into other similar versions of “DSCR Loans” like… no and low doc, non qm… I wish I knew about the flexible variety of lenders that’s out there sooner.
