Hi everyone! Seems like a great place to meet others interested in real estate. I live in Kirkland, Washington and am looking for the opportunity to learn about rehabbing and flipping in my area. I have been reading a ton of books and am looking into getting licensed. I would like to learn from experts and possibly find a mentorship from a seasoned veteran in the business.
