Doesn't sound too great to me; that guy in the video said some complexes have 150 or more vacant units. 

While some lenders can get creative with income and/or don't require personal income underwriting, DSCR lending programs technically only apply to SFR 1-4 units and small multifamily (usually to 10 units). 

Hi everyone, does anyone have experience putting through an ADU for an already completed unit.

If you succeed you will likely pick up more units and it will become consuming. 

I wanted to share a situation regarding a persistent water intrusion problem affecting only two units within our newly constructed condo building consisting of 12 units.

For example:Co-op has 100 units and an outstanding underlying mortgage of $20,000,000 ($200,000 per unit allocated).

The biggest issue we are running into at the moment is finding a profitable multi-family unit and how to fund it.

Mix of both-- we have portfolio in West Texas (at the moment comprised mostly of 1-4 unit properties) but are looking to expand into DFW multifamily now.

.- These projects are separate than unit interior renovations (most of these properties had units renovated 7+ years ago and that was easy to measure).- I want a market adjusted return/yield.

I outlined in my lease that the tenant agreed to allow me to show the property if necessary to rent the unit out.
