Hello BiggerPockets,I have been searching around but haven't been able to find much info on this topic.

This person would need to be well versed in researching laws in the rest of the states too because we'll be investing in places like Lake Tahoe and we'll need a guide as well as someone to look over contracts we might go into (especially contractor terms).I see a few posts that are old as dirt on this topic and I'd like to see if there are more recent opinions.

Also, on the topic of the 203k loan, all the simple cosmetic rehabbing I can/ want to do myself.
