Never mind the possibility of an audit. ( Not worried as much about an audit and she didn't go overboard so I don't see any red flags)I wasn't happy when I received my copy but figured that I could easily fix this and amend them to what they are suppose to be and correct everything.

That sounds expensive and I thought they were supposed to be cheap.I looked though the forums and there is great information about what they are but I didn't see anything that explained how to do them.Thank you in advance for the advice.Robin and TJ

Isn't an agent's #1 priority supposed to be his/her clients and not swinging a deal to make money on a house twice?

Reality sets in when your projected net every month is not what you thought it would be,  it was never supposed to be in the first place.

So no formal review I suppose.

I suppose this would be easier if I found something to rehab, but I don't know if I feel comfortable with doing that yet since I am so new.  

I had already called into the building department and someone is suppose to get back to me today or tomorrow on this issue.  

Will also say that my service allows me to have the CSS service and that my agent is suppose to do any negotiating with other realtors when I get to the point.

That's another story..) and buyers.But more competition is better for sellers in most cases.I suppose you can argue that this way they attract buyers that are a known quantity and filtering out the 90% of bogus offers that will never close?
