I just use the free version.

The free version is more than adequate for you purposes, it is very intuitive to use, and has a lot of tutorials on line built in. 

There is a wifi version as well (8000WF).

And the buyer was surprised when he could not longer get ahold of him.. he bought two ghetto Detroits same thing. he refinanced his nice AU personal resi to buy these cash flow cows in the US and lots 225k in cash.He was actually featured on a AU version of DAte line..
