This is just one of my many questions I feel having a REI mentor/group would remedy.I was wondering if there was a section of the forums for organized real estate meetups(The app on mobile is super buggy, and I can't seem to find anything).

They're helpful in the sense that they'll give you some organization to your business.  

It's a sales organization that resells deals put together by promoters who lack reputation, credentials or both to do it on their own.

I'd like to bring up this necro'd thread (since it's the only one I've started on BP) to update the world on my status: In the intervening 8 months, I've drafted up a business plan which started as a collection of thoughts and I've slowly organized it over time.

Cash deal, no contingencies and 30 day close.I had to call the HOA to get the resale cert, organize the U&O, etc. 

You are going to start to see this nationwide in many vacation resorts and major cities as the hotel industry is a powerful organization and are fighting the Airbnb and VRBO industry.

it just becomes messy... personally I like to keep things 'clean' and organized in the lease and would rather make 1700 the 'base rent' and '150' as the pet rent for that particular pet.

I definitely need to step my Excel game up for better organization.
