@Anthony GaydenYes, apparently can be non-owner occupant investments also; from what my lender told me.He mentioned that as long as the purchase was solely from my own cash (including HELOC; can't be investor cash or a gift, etc) that I could refinance for up to 75% of the purchase price.Unsure if I had heard that the same on the podcast - it sounded as though she mentioned refinancing for 75% of the appraised value - different from what my lender told me.
