Hello AllMy tenant just contacted me to let me know his son became ill, went to the doctor and the doctor told him the symptoms we related to mold.

There are exceptions (death,illness, etc) but the op didn’t mention any of that.

Ill keep all this in mind i live in brooklyn center its not that bad north is alittle but when youve been to downtown philly those are nothing.

The inspector found mold on the bathroom fan, so they told us they wanted out of the lease because of the "mold' and the fact that they were constantly ill.

Much of my objection to such material is how they are presented as the cure for some ill, way to circumvent regulations, claims of success, as new and remarkable, "the secret of" and when they start saying "perfectly legal" watch out.
