I'm finally looking to get out of analysis paralysis and pull the trigger on my REI journey and i want to start out as a co-host on AirBNB to learn the ropes from someone more experienced, learn enough to where I feel comfortable to host my own and earn a few dollars in the process.The only issue I have is that I have no experience as a co-host and per AirBNB's standard, i currently do not qualify as a Co-Host.

Bryce has special needs, and being able to be there for him and provide the best care is my top priority.I'm eager to learn from the wealth of experience and knowledge in this group.

Most of us have experience with both good and bad relationships, whether personally or through close friends and family. 

I have tried, and it doesn't work on a skip tracing capacity at least that was my experience a couple of months ago, the tech is growing so not sure now.

It's not that difficult to navigate through based on my experiences with my clients, easy to use and setup.

Instead of investing in real estate, consider investing small amounts in a mutual fund or some other simple investment while you focus on increasing earnings, reducing expenses, and saving up for real estate investing.You can also network with other investors and find ways to invest your time in exchange for experience, maybe even a partnership.

Circle back to Columbus once you have more experience and capital.

I'm haven't been in this situation before - inheriting tenants - so I can't speak from direct experience, but from what I understand you can't do anything until the tenant's contract is up.

I have no experience with any other platform so I cannot compare to others.

I'd appreciate anyone else's experience in this and rec. on how to proceed forward.
