I believe the POS inspection is a regional practice specific to certain municipalities in Northeast Ohio, so it'll be hard to get specific insight about this issue.I hope the realtors will be flexible about this one, but I have had poor experiences with this brokerage in the past.

Difference between discharged and dismissed.Dismissed is when through the repayment plan of a chapter 13 for example payments are missed or there is another reason the case is filed to be dissolved voluntary or involuntary.Generally the banks that own the note will not talk to the property owner during a BK unless they direct and authorize in writing that it is okay because the bank can get fined for violating the stay and pursuing a collection activity.You can have a BK still in place but the lender on the property or the filer might allow a relief of stay for just the house etc.

There is good reason for a settlement agent to examine the sale contract.I learn things on BP almost daily too, I've come to the conclusion that Cali is very different and varies from the norm of long standing practice.

Rentals for me are easy money, I collect my rent- hope I don't get a phone call for the month about repairs, wait and collect rent next month.It is however not a road without potholes- I've had tenants who left me with roaches falling from the ceiling when I open the front door.

In my subdivision, HOA took it over at a very early stage.HOA due here is collected from lot owners with or without homes.Builders who own the lots pay the same amount as home owners.
