Hello Bp... For a long time I been looking to find a way to learn and get involved in any form of real state, this week I came across Bigger Pockets and I must say am amazed... My goal in the future is to buy, fix and hold for cash flow... And I'm planing to generate revenue through wholesaling properties! But there's one problem... I understand the concept of wholesaling and I see the big picture, however I know there's more; and that's something that only practice and a mentor will provide! I live in West Haven, and I'm looking for a mentor... Can some one help me out!
