Well, I am talking about using single-family homes and perhaps thinking about some of these issues:A more affordable option - Housing is very expensive in the Northeast (and other areas - but I'm here), but with remote work being more common these days, cities more than 1 hour from Boston, NYC and DC still offer a great deal of value.

I would consider NYC, Boston, Seattle, SF, Austin etc tier one cities.

It's located in a luxury high rise in Boston. 

It has what appears to be next level truck bed cargo transport options available.

VPD of 18,000 is decent but not fantastic and it will generally qualify for fast food. 18,000 cars a day you need to check with the department of transportation if traffic count has stayed the same year over year,gone up, or gone down?

I assure you, it's rarely a choice since the traffic situation is miserable during anything resembling commute hours and public transportation... not so much.I remember the market from back in 1999 when I first came out here to work for a budding startup.
