I have been reading about Self directed IRA accounts and am looking for clarification on the following:I know you can not use SDIRA for your primary residence, or for a 2nd house but what about a property that you are looking to buy to AIR BNB it 95% of the time, and stay in it a few weekends a year?

The charcoal filter helps reduce smells and grease, but needs to be replaced frequently and in the end, it’s still just blowing the air back into the room.

Like some others have said, you need to network, its like air in your lungs.

I am sitting on the offer while I continue to look for homes.The home I offered on I would like to hold for the long term and Air BNB.

I know that I have to replace air conditioning units in two of my offices in the next few years, so I have put that aside for when the time comes.Hope this  helps,

It needed a new furnace, central air installed, and the rest of the electrical updated.

Electrical is a tough one, but for water you can do an air test. 

You can do multiple refinances at once, but it's got to be with the same lender and at the exact same time and with full disclosure from day 0.Revisit the HELOC at some point in the future when that will be the only ball in the air until the process is done.
