If you're really wanting to pursue this house as a flip, I think you really need to study the homes currently for sale, especially the one that is pending.

Congrats, I can only imagine how exciting it is to be on the other end after all your studying and hard work has paid off.

What Account Closed says makes sense from an aspirational standpoint, but the social science studies that have been done show pretty clearly that, statistically, people are happier when they are just a bit wealthier than the people they are surrounded with.

Right now I'm currently studying/researching the most I can before I start become and investor.

I'd encourage you to study more then just one article to make any decisions.
