I do make weekly trips to water new trees over the summer.I provide filters for tenants and personally spray once or twice a year and write off the chemicals.  

They are great tools in nipping problems in the bud before theyget out of hand and in preventing those stressful trips to the courthousethat you may have had to take if you had not had them at all.3.

I used to live next to Richmond in El Cerrito, and i think Richmond hills was a nice area.There is also a pocket next to the yacht club that is really nice. 

We are planning a road trip out that direction in about a month, and are hoping to connect with some local Agents in the area to chat about options, the market, etc.

Usually the part that trips most people up is having more than half their hours in real estate.

Regardless I'm planning a trip to the 30a area to explore and learn about your local market . 

I was looking into investing out of state and took a trip to a couple cities in the midwest.

Take day trips there and make a list of places you think you might be willing to live.

No trips. 

If you go to a 2 or 3 day masterclass or conference that will most likely be JAM PACKED with information overload, I highly recommend giving yourself the next day off or adding one more day on your trip.
