Anyone have an attorney that they could refer me to who’s investor friendly & that understands as well as structure wholesale/assignment of contract deals in Orange County NY area?

Well here I am, at the starting point.

You should have set standards and you should always stick to them (always!)

I believe the lenders you are communicating with are not articulating this well or simply don’t want to acknowledge they are conservative and it’s easier for them to point to the amount of cash consideration you’ve invested. 

But there is a lot more risk and skill sets involved Developing.
