Though it may seem premature- file for an LLC and get started on a website, even if it is just a placeholder for now.

Wanting to get deals on buy and holds but have run across a couple of leads generated off my website that seem to be good for flipping but not that great as rentals.So on the  first one I have partnered up with a friend who is a broker and wholesaler so I could learn on this first flip.  

Is this something you want to put on your website?

I can now focus more on my brokerage business and website business and not be working “in my business”So the lesson learned is to check and verify.

I am new to real estate but I have been generating leads through my marketing and my website.  

My current goal is to find a multifamily home where I can live in while renting out open rooms to other families.I've been reading a ton of articles on this website the past 2 weeks and have really learned a lot.  

The only thing i am looking for is, something that's scalable, for example - if one county has a website and a VA can sit down to pull lists but its only going to be a one time 30 hours job, this is a no go.

So I wanted to create an account and learn more about the BiggerPockets website.
