Hey guys, I'm a new member here from Alpharetta, GA. 

My current real estate goals include: Better understanding real estate to invest in new opportunities and make money off of properties I intend to own. My current goal is to find a multifamily home where I can live in while renting out open rooms to other families.

I've been reading a ton of articles on this website the past 2 weeks and have really learned a lot.  It would be great if any of you could guide me with some great resources and steps you took to become a successful real estate investor.
