I am debating on weather I should rent a place or weather I should have the mindset of "I will never pay rent" and buy a small house.

I know because I watch this market closely and chart my own forecast. 

While the market may continue to increase in price, it could also move the other way, especially with forecasted interest rate hikes and current world events. 

With that thesis, do the outer communities along the Silver Comet forecast to experience a bit more elevated "lift" over time as a result of the connection completion with the Beltline (Smyrna, Mableton, Powder Springs, Hiram, Dallas, etc)?

As @Jewel B. mentioned winter is not the best time to list given holidays and the cold weather.
