The only issue this area has run into is that many of the stores that anchored it economically have fallen onto hard times (Sears). 

Representative Doug Ricks (R-Rexburg) and Senator Dean Mortimer (R-Idaho Falls) carried the bills in their respective legislative chambers.In the past, if a Landlord won in court, they would have to hire a moving company to remove a tenant’s property, pay to store it, and then pay the Sheriff to have an auction.

@Spiro Klonizakis my specific concern is that the stores (such as Home Depot, Lowes, Rona) wouldn't be open or giving business due to all of this.

Hey folks,I have a mixed use property that has two store fronts (1 story) and 4 apartments behind it (3 stories).

Right now one of the benefits of having it is that I don't have to worry about buying bottled water at the supermarket or store.

Another thing...why buy product from retail box stores?

They could take a temp position at a grocery store if they like.

What stores do you get signs from when you want to put signs in a neighborhood but you live out of state and you need someone to do that work for you?
