Hi Team,My name is Remi, and I am an out of state investor who operates in 3 virtual markets: Cleveland Ohio, Baltimore, MD and the Hudson Valley, NY. 

When I do have issues though, I really don't want to deal with the headache.I have an idea for a virtual property manager.

I’d join the local or state real estate association or both and try to network through some of their virtual meetings.

This home was originally 234k and now its virtually impossible to find homes like it in the area for under 300k.

@Carolína OrtegaThere are many expenses that real estate agent's have to reduce their gross compensation income.Desk fees, MLS fees, travel, home office(if you qualify), Virtual assistants are a few of the many deductions that are available to agents.

As you can imagine the house is virtually brand new now its great.

I could do it virtual with today's technology. 

It is less than 5 minutes off of a major highway which is nice and fingers crossed a casino is in the plans about 5 min away which would be a nice draw as well.
