I'm a veteran of the 101st airborne division and have my MRP designation to help assist fellow veterans.  

paid $199 for 3 day weekend.even that cost was not worth my time - no refreshments, no handouts or downloads,they advised u are not able to record or photograph. 

Usually good photos depend more upon the photographer than the equipment.

Some states and counties actually prohibit discriminating based on source of income, like child support, alimony, veteran’s benefits, etc. 

I'm a little hesitant and waiting for some more clear data from them to back this up.In regards to the tenant living there, do you think it would be best to have him out and THEN begin photographing, fixing, and showing the property?

That's why it's so great to have veterans like Jay and @Steve Vaughan here on BP to remind us that it can be done the ethical way too.

If alongside the basic information that you use to market properties on sale (the photographs, descriptions) you included floor plans,...... nothing too complex just floor areas and layout of rooms.
