I feel very confident venturing into my real estate career.A little about me- I was a Project Manager at a construction company for more than 3 years, so I am quite comfortable dealing with contractors, renovations, budgets and schedules.

With that in mind, do try and venture out yourself.

I've known others to be successful in this area where others chose not to venture - different strokes for different folks.

They will ensure you can do the deal or they may not even invest in such a rehab due to the high risk associated with this venture. 

This would be my first venture into real estate investing.
