Hi - I am looking at investing in a true Duplex.

Maybe Im misreading things but if what I think is true happened, you are the reason people hate landlords so much.Legally (and ethically) you have to return the money.

You have to be a self-starter though since there isn't a true physical office to head into on a daily basis - most all of the training and support is online.

It is typical to give 30 days notice, but that is not true everywhere.

In my neck of the woods, the older suburbs are much more desirable to tenants and owners, so are appreciating faster than the suburbs that were built in the late 90s through early 2010s, but this was holding true even pre-pandemic in my area.
