First and foremost, I want to learn as much as possible about real estate investing before putting any of my money into it.

Learned a lot about Auction.com lately. 

Join a local real estate investing club and learn what you can from other investors who are actually doing deals not talking about doing deals.

The more you pay attention in class, the more you will learn about real estate.

I am also learning, but happy to connect. 

I’ve been learning about wholesaling as a way to build those savings for the time being, but the Long Island market has me thinking twice, so I’ve been reading about out of state wholesaling, but also fix & flips.
