Even if only one of you signed the lease the other can be there to provide support.

The splits are incredibly low (I haven't seen lower) and fair, and her professional support is great.

If the current tenant can support the place on her own and has been doing just fine then I would care less.

I feel im just not gonna move fast enough. ive read one of the bp books so far and am addicted to the podcasts and YouTube channels. 

There are some good YouTube channels too.
