I am not super familiar with reverse mortgage but if you do some basic math$72,000-$50,000 purchase price-$5,500 selling costs=$16,500 assuming your numbers are correct and you don't have to do anything to the home before sale

I’v also corrected floors that sag/ have bad skewing with micro lam -lvl’s in the basement/1st floor and/or reshimmed entire floors in a room that was sagging during a full renovation

Getting the seller closer to their asking price, assuming that price was still well within what was correct value.

@Ned Carey Part of my previous post (above) was meant as a response to your comments - the paragraph starting with "Fitch's methodology..." until the end of the post.I thought I had added "@" and your name but it must have been accidentally deleted before I hit "post reply". 

If that   is the case send a written communication terminating the lease and giving they x days to return form or reply .
