Our ideal first property is a duplex or tri-plex where we could live in half and rent the other and progress from there purchaisng multi-unit properties.We are finding the Salt Lake market to be challenging (especially on the East side) where few legal multi-units are found and after crunching the numbers few to none look like good investments.
